Should your product be faulty then please email us at info@thefurbobbleshop.com asap and we will either provide a replacement or organise a return, at our expense, as quickly as possible.
Yes of course. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If an exchange is required please follow the return procedure that can be found here Please ensure the original invoice is included and you may write on that what you would like to exchange for. If the original invoice isn’t available then please ensure there is a note enclosed stating what hat you would like to exchange for and either your order number or the returns address for us to send your item/s
If the product you require is of a higher value we will contact you for the additional payment. Likewise if it’s cheaper, and a refund is required, we will issue this at the same time we send out your exchange.
Our hats are generally designed to fit most headsizes. If you have a small head size (53cm or less) then please email us and we will help you in finding a product to suit.
Yes all hat are designed with a detachable pom pom, via the same press stud system. All our pom poms fit all of our hats allowing you to purchase additional pom Poms to change up your look. Pom Poms can be found here
